An adaptation of the monographic exhibition Dispositions, devoted to the work of Brussels-based architecture firm AgwA.

Exposition

At the start of the new school year, the school is hosting the Dispositions touring exhibition, an immersion into the world of the AgwA architectural practice, which designs simple, precise and functional architecture that allows the building to be appropriated by its users and adapted over time.

The added value of AgwA's architecture always lies in a commitment to today's social and spatial emergencies, manifested at contextual, structural, economic and ecological levels. The exhibition highlights the office's creative process through the presentation of models, documents and reflections.

The Dispositions exhibition is part of the series of monographic exhibitions on Belgian architects' offices organized by A+ Architecture in Belgium, in collaboration with Bozar, since 2019. It is also accompanied by a monograph co-produced with the publishing house Walther & Franz König (Cologne).

A discussion between AgwA and photographer Filip Dujardin is scheduled for Tuesday September 23 as part of the lecture series About authorship & collaborations coordinated by Anne Klépal and Philippe Vander Maren, architects and teachers at the school.
